SHIPPING & PAYMENTS

Domestic Orders (India)

  • Delivery Timeline: All ready-to-ship garments will be dispatched within 7 business days from the date of dispatch. 

  • Shipping Charges: No shipping charges are applicable for domestic deliveries.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), net banking, UPI, and wallet payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

International Orders

  • Delivery Timeline: All ready-to-ship garments will be dispatched within 14 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges apply to select countries and will be communicated at checkout, where applicable.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major international credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

  • Duties & Taxes: Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are not included in the order value and must be paid by the recipient directly to the shipping agency or customs authority upon delivery. These charges vary by destination and are determined by the authorities at the point of entry.

  • Non-Payment of Duties: In the event that duties and/or taxes are not paid by the recipient and the shipment is abandoned, refused, or disposed of by customs or the shipping agency, the order shall be deemed non-refundable, and no refund, replacement, or credit note shall be issued.

General Shipping Terms

  • Order Processing & Dispatch: All orders are processed and dispatched from the Injiri warehouse in Jaipur, India, to the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • Made-to-Order Products:
    Shipping timelines for made-to-order items vary based on the design and production requirements. Please refer to the timeline mentioned on the product page before making your purchase.

  • Product-Specific Timelines:
    Each product has its own estimated shipping timeline, which is clearly mentioned on the respective product page. We recommend reviewing this information carefully before placing your order.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including postal code and a valid mobile number. Injiri shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Shipping Charges: Standard international shipping charges are USD 60, where applicable.

  • Order Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email. Customers may track shipments using the carrier’s tracking link.

Failed Delivery: Delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability or refusal, the shipment will be returned to Injiri. Orders returned under such circumstances are not eligible for refunds, re-shipment, or credit notes.
