RETURNS & EXCHANGES
INJIRI products are handmade using traditional techniques. Minor variations in colour, weave, texture, or finish are inherent to handcrafted products and form part of their character. Such variations are natural, acceptable, and shall not be considered defects or grounds for return, exchange, or refund.
INJIRI endeavours to ensure that every transaction on its website is seamless and that all products delivered meet the highest quality standards. Returns or exchanges, whether for domestic or international orders, are permitted only in cases where the product delivered does not correspond with the item confirmed in the order or where the product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect. In such instances, the customer may request an exchange within five (5) days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging, including all tags, labels, and invoices.
Upon receipt and review of the returned product, INJIRI will, at its sole discretion, re-fulfil the order with the same product or, if unavailable, with a similar product. Given the handcrafted nature of INJIRI products, all return or exchange requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and INJIRI reserves the exclusive right to determine the appropriate resolution. Returns or exchanges shall not be permitted under any other circumstances. Customers are advised to carefully verify all details of their order, including colours, sizes, measurements, quantities, and product descriptions, prior to placing an order.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds shall be issued where the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, where delivery has failed after three attempts by the shipping partner, or where the shipment is refused by the recipient. Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at any physical store. Items purchased during sales, promotions, discount periods and the items that are customized are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Customers are requested to inspect the condition of the package at the time of delivery. If the parcel appears to have been damaged or tampered with during transit, the customer must retain the original packaging along with all tags, labels, and invoices, and clearly note the details of the damage on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as “received.” Failure to follow this procedure may result in the claim being rejected.
All policies are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions of INJIRI shall prevail.
For reporting a wrongfully delivered product or a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, customers must contact Customer Care within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and share the order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and clear images of the incorrect or defective product.
